Submission in response to the ACCC’s consultation paper on Allocation limits advice for the 26 GHz spectrum allocation
In this submission we have not sought to address all of the questions and issues raised in the ACCC’s consultation paper.1 Instead we have concentrated on the implications of the 5G spectrum allocation process for competition in related markets. Specifically, there are three issues that we have focused on from the list of issues on which the ACCC has encouraged comment:
